• You MUST send your passport along with your application as the Visa is placed IN the passport. Visa is issued at the discretion of the Embassy.
• We strongly recommend obtaining a new passport if the passport you are planning to travel with contains any Israeli stamps. If it does, the visa will be refused by the embassy.
• The visa application form should be the ORIGINAL (no copies please). Also make sure to fill the form out completely with no blank fields.
• If you are not traveling with a group, you must provide the name, address and phone number of the hotel you will be staying in. If you are traveling with a group or cruise, please indicate the name of the tour group or cruise line along with the ship name. If you are traveling for business, family or private friend visit, please state the phone number and address.
• You Must include 2 original recent passport photos. Photos must show a full front view of the face and must be taken against WHITE PLAIN background. Otherwise visa will not be processed. Do not attach photos with staples please.
• The application form must be typed or written very neatly in block letters.
• Your passport must be valid for at least 12 months after the intended exit date and contain a sufficient amount of blank pages for entry stamps and visas.
• Nationals of Canada can apply for an entry visa upon arrival.
