1. Your valid passport (it must be at least 6 months valid on the date of entry to Mongolia).
2. Completed Application form (Download an approprite visa form below ).
3. A recent passport size photo.
4. Travel itinerary showing entry/exit dates and Applicants name and address must be submitted.
5. Applicants staying in a hotel(s) must provide a copy of the booking(s) as proof of stay. All nights of stay in the country must be accounted for.
6. Supporting letter from your company/organization and/or counterparts in Mongolia.

- Either an invitation of the receiving entity (state, government, non-governmental organization, business entity) or an official request of the sending organization or company.
- For tourists, a letter of invitation from a travel agency.
- If you are traveling on a personal invitation of a citizen of Mongolia, an invitation approved by the Civil Registration and Information Center of Mongolia.
- Applicant's written statement concerning his/her financial credibility to cover his/her stay in Mongolia.
- For those passing Mongolia in transit, onward ticket and visa for next destination is required.
