Requirements

A request letter from the Saudi sponsor to issue a visa for the applicant in order to resume residence in the kingdom.

Please submit:

  A completed visa application form
• 2
  Original and copy of the passport valid for at least six months from the date of the application.

  One recent (No more than a month old) photographs (4x6 cm) on a plain white background (write name, signature and stamp date on back).

  Copy of residency permit (IQAMA)
• 5
  Copy of the exit re-entry visa.

  Copy of the sponsor’s passport

  A request letter for the issuing of the visa from the Saudi Citizen.

  Flight Itinerary must be provided with consideration of the following points:

    The KSA Embassy has advised that no ticket should be purchased before issuance of the visa.
  • b
    The KSA Embassy in Ottawa can issue visas that allow travelers to enter KSA by air exclusively. No Entry By Land.

    Please ensure that your entry airport is the closest to your sponsor's location. The port of entry to KSA must be the same or the closest airport to the location of the sponsor. If the sponsor invited the applicant to conduct business/visit in a different city other than the one displayed in the company's Registration Certificate, the sponsor must provide a letter in Arabic explaining the reason for this. An example can be for conducting business in a another branch/location of the company.

  Female applicant (if applying without her husband) over 18 must have consent letter from her husband if she is married or notarized letter that she is not married.

  Please submit the second page of form B: "NOTIFICATION TO ALL AGENTS AND ALL APPLICANTS"
